Mysteries from the deep

Below are the first few birds that I used my Canon Powershot to capture.
The bird below looks like a Munia from its beak. I suspect it is a Juvenile Scaly Breasted Munia.


The issue is that most birds of prey are not easy to capture. For its beak, I can tell it means business but besides that, I am not able to identify what it is.
