Bad company

I have previously written about some unwholesome habits of ants. It turned out that bees also have a few bad apples. Some of them take slaves like ants. Or have dumped their eggs in the hives of other species of bees to raise. The cuckoo bees still have to survive a cull as most hives have checks to see if the eggs belong to the queen. Outsiders will be turned into food.  

There are also carnivorous bees.
