Otter, Otter everywhere

If you told me that there were otters in the western part of Singapore, I would have thought you crazy. I have seen them in the South, North, East, Central. And they have apparently found a new home in the West.  

And it was not a single explorer but a raft. A group of otters in water are called a raft.
