Today was a rainy day. That changed things as I usually avoided taking photos in wet weather. The risk of damaging the camera as well as not having good lighting.
Then I spotted this bird.

Ok, that picture is a lie. It was a more difficult hunt than I expected. I spotted it earlier in the day but I could not catch a good glimpse of it. It was either flying or hopping around.

Then the woodpeckers. I mistook them for the Rufous but they turn out to a new bird that I have not encountered.

I do have a soft spot for crested birds.
