Trump return from China a few days ago and he then tweeted that he intervene in the release of some American basketball players who were caught shoplifting. The basketball players made a public statement thanking the President. Unfortunately, one of the basketball player's father was resentful and made certain negative remarks to Trump.
Firstly, I need to state that the father was no saint. He claims to be a better basketball player than Michael Jordan. (I have never heard of LeVar Ball. Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Karl Malone, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, yes. LeVar Ball, no.). But that is not the topic of the article. The topic is about the misplaced hatred for the Trump fans. They wrote against a LeVar Burton.
I have written about this previously. The last time it was the Chinese going after the wrong person. This time it is the Americans who cannot get the story straight or the name right.
