A new chapter: New life

This is a terrible night shot of a nest. And yes, there is parent bird in it. (I do not want to be sexist and call it a mother. Although I have a 50% chance of being right)

Several people have gotten their smartphone photo of a nest and this is mine. (I am fibbing. The first photo of this nest was actually on my Nikon) And the best part is that the nest is at eye level. So tracking it daily is not an issue.

And the parent bird or birds are used to me take my daily checks on it. Yes, the parent endures my daily inspection. Even in the rain.
