Super powers

The creature in the tank is an axolotl. When I first heard about them, I was blown away by their super powers. 

They can heal from almost any injury. Amputation? Their limbs grow back. Head injury? Brain grows back. Scars are not part of their DNA.

Naturally, I assumed that these will be low maintenance pets. Except that they do get stressed, infected and even die.
