Now, you will be curious to understand the significance of the White Breasted Waterhen. It is not rare. But the bird in the first picture is living between a construction site and a road. Granted it can fly but it has been foraging in an area the size of a tennis court which makes it puzzling, to say the least. It can fly but it chooses to camp in the sorry excuse for a grass patch.
